Criteria for the Hall of Achievers (HOA) Award

  • Consistent Performance: Maintains a high standard of performance throughout the program.

  • Skill Mastery: Demonstrates significant improvement in fluency, intonation, vocabulary, and professional communication.
  • Transformation: Shows remarkable transformation in confidence, expression, and overall communication ability.

  • Proactive Participation: Actively participates in challenges, sessions, and discussions with enthusiasm.
  • Impact: Has inspired others in the community or achieved a significant milestone (e.g., promotion, career growth, etc).
  • Growing Well, Still Improving: Has made good progress in many areas but still needs to work on Many parts — and is ready to keep learning and getting better.


Criteria for the Promising Achiever Award

  • Notable Improvement: Shows significant growth in communication skills; however, needs more effort and mastery.
  • Consistency: Regularly participates in challenges and sessions with dedication.
  • Learning Mindset: Displays a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to feedback.
  • Confidence Boost: Has started expressing ideas confidently and shows enthusiasm in practice activities.
  • Potential: Demonstrates the capability and attitude to achieve higher levels of success with continued effort.


Criteria for the Rising Star Award

  • Early Spark: Has recently joined but shows strong potential and quick adaptability.
  • Active Engagement: Eagerly takes part in activities, challenges, and sessions.
  • Quick Learner: Grasps concepts quickly and applies feedback effectively.
  • Positive Attitude: Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset to the community.
  • Initial Progress: Has shown early signs of improvement in fluency, vocabulary, or confidence.
